Employer Wellness Solutions provides convenient, affordable and easily accessible  flu shot clinics, health screenings and health risk assessments. Our goal is to make these services easy to access and deliver so that our customers have the tools to improve their health and their quality of life.

Employer Wellness Solutions  works with a broad range of groups from large, multi-site self insured accounts to smaller, locally owned businesses.   We are also contracted with the largest health insurers in the region,  and can bill the insurance carrier for reimbursement.

We verify that all of our on-site staff has the proper certifications and licensees and we are always in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.  Employer Wellness Solutions also employs a licensed Medical Director. Our HIPAA compliance continues beyond the screening event. Employer Wellness Solutions takes immense care to guarantee that all health data is transmitted following HIPAA security guidelines.  Employer Wellness Solutions carries professional and general liability.

Employer Wellness Solutions was born from an idea that Health Improvement can make a difference in people’s lives. Dave Rexroat, Founder of EWS, spent over 20 years in health insurance as an insurance executive, and then as the owner of his own benefits and consulting business. In 2014 Lucy Gonzalez acquired and operates EWS. Lucy has over 10 years of medical, ancillary and health screening experience.
